Boluwatito Mafikuyomi is an incoming third year student at the University of Toronto St. George campus. She is majoring in Global health with a double minor in Immunology and Physiology. Boluwatito has gained significant expertise through her involvement in community outreach initiatives. As a Youth Outreach Assistant at UHN STEM Pathways, she empowers the younger generation in STEM fields, while also serving as a Gender Campaign Programs officer at Break The Divide Foundation, where she advocates for gender equity. Boluwatito's deep affection for children is evident in her current roles as an academic tutor for the Learning Disabilities Association of York Region and Power to Girls Foundation. She has also engaged in research at the McEwen Stem Cell Institute and currently holds the esteemed position of a Laidlaw Scholar in the Laidlaw Scholars Undergraduate Research Program. She is passionate about promoting health equity among women and the black community. During her leisure time, Boluwatito enjoys reading and baking.
